excellent hotel experience!

downtown access garage capacity smooth experience
the hotel was clean and i found the inclusivity during pride very cute. downtown access was easy, though the garage reached full capacity midday. i parked in a nearby garage and appreciated the short walk, it was not a big deal. everything else worked smoothly.
i encountered some delays during check in at the lobby, it took about 40 minutes. i also received an early call regarding parking payment and i think it should have been addressed better. finally, the cookie was offered without asking for allergies first.
Service

Rooms
10/10

The location was ideal! it was a short walk to local eateries and attractions. i appreciated the fitness center. It had three treadmills and several weight machines. also, the staff provided warm cookies upon arrival, a very cute touch.
i noticed the elevators seemed a little slow during peak hours, but it wasn't a major issue.
Rooms
9/10
The room featured two televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the living area, which i enjoyed. full-size bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were available in the bathroom. I consider this a bonus. a kitchenette added extra convenience.

decent hotel, some noise issues

great location friendly reception loud noise exterior fan
the hotel is in a great location close to city hall. it is a short walk to many attractions. the lobby had a pleasant smell, and the reception team was very friendly (i got a warm cookie!).
my room was quite noisy due to exterior fans. i also heard noise from the road. the elevator bell rang often, and conversations in the hallway were easily audible. (this made sleeping difficult.)

helpful staff wonderful recommendation excellent parking small room blood stained pillow trash bags
the staff corrected my error easily. wonderful recommendations made our evening quite fun. parking was also excellent. the desk staff were very courteous and helpful.
I found one pillow with blood stains in the pillowcase. the room was very small. It does not work for more than one person because there is no space to open luggage. i also noticed piles of trash bags in the street outside.
